Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission, Hyderabad, Announced Village Revenue Officers(VRO) Written Examination Results on February 20th, 2014 at www.ccla.cgg.gov.in. The VRO primary key of the examination would be released on February 4 and final key would be released on February 10, 2014 at www.ccla.cgg.gov.in.  Results would be declared on February 20, appointment letters would be issued from February 26, 2014.  The entire process would be conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The VRO selection process would be purely on merit base.  The written examination for direct recruitment of village revenue officers (VROs) and village revenue assistants (VRAs) went off smoothly on February 2nd, 2014.   





The VRO/VRA examination was conducted for 1,657 vacancies of VRO cadre and 4,305 vacancies of VRA cadre. Of the 13.49 lakh aspirants who registered for the VRO post examination, 11.84 lakh took the test in 3,684 centres. A total of 88,609 aspirants out of the one lakh registered for the VRA cadre posts appeared for the exam in 195 centres. The examination was conducted in Telugu, English and Urdu mediums.




Nizamabad with 91.79 per cent topped the list in respect of attendance for the VRO examination followed by Warangal (90.98 p.c.) and Vizianagaram (90.08 p.c.), Prakasam with 81.06 per cent attendance and Adilabad (83.67 per cent) stood at the bottom. In respect of the VRA examination, Warangal topped the list with 92.03 per cent followed by Vizianagaram (90.54 per cent) and Srikakulam (90.48 per cent) while Ranga Reddy (81.26 per cent) and Visakhapatnam (83.11 per cent) reported the lowest attendance.
