The ECET 2014 Commencement of submission of online application would be from February 10, 2014. ECET 2014 Online Application Available at and The Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET-2014) will be held on May 10, 2014. The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) is conducting the examination for the third consecutive year and it will release the examination notification on February 4th, 2014.

ECET 2014 would be released in newspapers on February 4 and candidates can submit applications online from February 10, 2014. Last date of submission without late fee is March 29 and hall tickets can be downloaded from May 2. The examination would be held on May 10 at 12 regional centers and 78 test centers from 10 am to 1 pm. Final key and ECET 2014 results would be released on May 19, 2014. Candidates can download rank cards from website from May 26, 2014. The cost of application form for ECET 2014 has been retained as Rs 300.

The ECET-2014 would be conducted in 14 domains such as CE, ME, EIE, EEE, ECE, CSE, ceramic technology, chemical engineering, metallurgy engineering, mining engineering, biotechnology, pharmacy and B.Sc. mathematics. The pattern of examination for engineering, pharmacy and B.Sc mathematics would be in the form of objective type questions. Candidates should obtain at least 45 per cent marks (40 per cent in case of reserved category) in the qualifying examination and the application forms should be submitted only through online.
