For basic sciences: Students in Class XI during the academic year 2014 - 15 who have secured a minimum of 75 per cent (65 per cent for SC/ ST candidates) marks in aggregate in mathematics and science subjects in the Class X Board examination.
KVPY Students in Class 12/ Plus Two during the academic year 2010- 11 and aspiring to join undergraduates programme in basic sciences (B.Sc. / BS / integrated M.Sc.) provided they have at least 75 per cent (65% for SC / ST candidates) in aggregate in mathematics and science subjects in Class X.
KVPY Students enrolled in the first year of B.Sc. / BS/ integrated M.Sc. during the academic year 2010 - 11 with at least 60 per cent marks (50 per cent marks for SC/ST candidates) in science subjects in Class XII board examination.
KVPY Students enrolled in Class XI/ XII, first/ second year of B.Sc./ BS/ integrated M.Sc. in basic sciences and first/ second year BE / B.Tech. / B.Arch. during the academic year 2014-15 with at least 60 per cent marks (50 per cent for SC/ ST candidates) in aggregate in the Class X and XII board examinations.
KVPY Students enrolled in the second year B.Sc. / BS / integrated M.Sc. / BE / B.Tech. / B.Arch. programme with at least 60 per cent marks (50 per cent for SC/ ST candidates) in the first-year examination.

The School of Energy Studies under the University of Pune has invited applications for admission to M.Tech. programme in energy studies for the academic year 2014 - 15.
