Candidates will bring with them Black/Blue Ball Point Pen Only. Candidates must enter the examination hall 30 minutes before the start of the examination to receive general instructions for answering MCQ type question. Candidates will not be allowed to use Graph Papers, Log Tables, Calculators, Mobile Phone, Digital Diary, Pager or other electronics devices in the Examination Hall. This Admit Card must be shown to the officer supervising the examination as and when asked for.
Violation of any instruction and adoption of any unfair means in the Examination Hall shall render the candidate liable for cancellation of answer sheet and forfeiture of claim for admission. All applicants who appear to be prima facie eligible are provisionaly permitted to sit for the Joint Entrance Examination. If after scrutiny at any stage, it is found that an applicant is otherwise ineligible, candidature will be cancelled automatically even if has appeared atthe examination and secure position in the merit list. In case any discrepancy is observed in the data printed on the admit card pertaining to the candidate's name, date of birth, category, the same should be brought to the notice of the Council before the date of examination.
Claim of seats reserved for SC/ST candidates is strictly for applicants having caste certificate originated in the State of West Bengal only. Original Copy of SC/ST/PC Certificate must be required at the time of counselling and must be produced at the time of admission. Candidates must fill OMR Answer Sheet very carefully in the sl. Nos. 9, 10 as recorded in the Admit Card & s1. No. 11 as recorded in the Question Booklet. Rough work or any other type of writing should not be done on the OMR answer sheet. Question Booklet may be used for the purpose. Candidates may download the Sample OMR Answer Sheet from this website.
