Class XII results of MP Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) are likely to be out in another five days@ May 14th, before JEE Mains exam on May 21. The evaluation process is over and entry of numbers in record is on. Dubious students, who had submitted Rajya Open Board or Sanskrit Board Class X mark-sheets in Class XII application forms, is under scanner and verification process of such forms is not over. MPBSE had given an target time to those involved in result preparation, the process should be over by May 12 so that by May 14-15 results for Class XII can be declared.
MPBSE because of which results may be delayed by an additional 4-5 days and ultimately declared by May 20. State board Class XII exams were mired in controversy after maths paper was leaked In Gwalior and Vidisha the night before the exams were to be held on March 24. The paper was rescheduled for April 21 because of polling duty of officials.
This year a total of 18.17 lakh students will appear in class X and XII examinations in March. While higher secondary (class XII) exams will be taken by 6.87 lakh students, high school (class X) exams will be taken by 11.27 lakh students. The class XII exams will commence from March 1 and end on April 5. The duration of exams for class X would be from March 3 to March 29. This year there would be 3,737 high school and 3,189 higher secondary exam centres across the state. All exams would start from 8.30am and end at 11.30am.
