The Association of Medical, Dental and Engineering colleges have mandated COMEDK to conduct UGET - 2015 Entrance Test for admission to Under Graduate Medical, Dental and Engineering courses in COMEDK Member Institutions.  COMEDK UG Results 2015 Available at

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges-Karnataka to permit 65 students from Telangana state to appear for the under-graduate professional course entrance test scheduled for May 10. A vacation division bench comprising Justice Anand Byrareddy and Justice G Narendar passed the order on the petitions filed by Mohammed A Rab and others, all students of Sri Chaitanya Junior Kalasala, a residential school in Ranga Reddy district. 

The UGET - 2015 would be held by COMEDK on Sunday the 10th May 2015 across the State of Karnataka and a detailed Calendar of Events, Eligibility Criteria and the Brochure in this behalf would be hosted on the website in due course. 

COMEDK UG 2015 Provisional Answer Keys, Final Answer Keys (post challenge verification) and Test Scores of all the candidates will be published on the website, as per the calendar of events. Clarifications, if any, should be sought within the dates stipulated. Subsequently the final result will be published which will be binding on all candidates and no further claim would be entertained thereafter. 

The COMEDK had rejected their applications only because they had sent it through a private courier instead of speed post as per the rules. During the hearing, the court was informed by the COMEDK counsel that the residential school, where the petitioner students are studying, had sent last year sent the applications through courier in violation of the rule. Also, it would be difficult to accommodate the students as all preparation, including printing of OMR sheets, have been completed. However, the court directed the COMEDK to allow the petitioners to the take exam while imposing a cost of Rs.10,000 on the school. 

Professional course seat aspirants will write the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka’s (COMEDK) Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET) before the Common Entrance Test on May 10th, Sunday.

As many as 1,08,486 candidates are expected to write the test in 148 exam centres. Of these, 57,277 are for medical/dental, 37,587 for engineering, and 13,622 are writing the test for both the streams.
